David DeJoy is the managing partner and a co-founder of DKB. He takes primary responsibility for consulting with our business clients on the start-up of their company, through the development of exit strategies for key stakeholders.
More specifically Dave helps organizations with financing, development of financial models, organizational set-up, merger & acquisition activity, building relationships with key stakeholders and advisors, and strategic planning. Entrepreneurs, and owners of start-up businesses, find Dave’s expertise, and his innovative approach to helping them solve challenging issues reassuring, as they are going through many business life-cycle changes of their own. Dave and his wife Debby reside in Rochester and have two adult children, and one grandson. In his spare time Dave enjoys golfing, and on occasion helping out with a few construction projects at home or around the office.
