Team Member Role: Firm Administration

Debby joined DKB in 1995.  She brings more than 25 years of financial management experience to the firm, with prior experience working in a variety of professional service industries.

Debby is responsible for managing DeJoy, Knauf & Blood’s accounting operations; including financial statements, payroll & benefits, ACA reporting, cash management and overseeing accounts payable.   She is proficient in Microsoft Office, and has played a key role in maintaining and transitioning practice management systems that the firm utilizes.

Debby is a Sustaining Member of the Junior League of Rochester

Debby is originally from Syracuse, NY and has resided in Rochester, NY with her husband Dave for over 20 years.  They have two adult children.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, walking, hiking and canoeing.

Sandi joined DKB in 2007.  She brings more than 20 years of experience serving human capital needs, with prior experience working with an international public accounting firm.

She provides diverse and specialized expertise in the areas of performance and career management, compensation planning, HR consulting, recruitment and sourcing of entry-level and experienced staff, retention, deployment, teaming, connectivity and best-place-to-work initiatives.  Sandi actively assists DKB clients with human resource consulting services and recruitment matters.

Sandi is a member of The Business Council of New York State and The Rochester Affiliate of the National Human Resources Association. Sandi has also been active in the Nazareth College community hosting international students from around the world and enjoys traveling.
