Team Member Role: Manager

Margaret is a Manager in our Financial Assurance Practice, and in her 5 years with DKB, has many clients operating in the not-for-profit industry. She works hard to understand her client’s businesses and industry so she can add value, and help them to make sound financial decisions. She works closely with her clients regarding financial reporting issues, and makes sure they are aware of developments within their industry that may impact their financial reporting.

Stephanie Roth is a Manager in DKB’s Outsourced Accounting Services practice.  She assists clients in meeting their financial reporting requirements, and provides high level accounting and finance support to companies ranging from startups and entrepreneurs, to established small and mid-sized businesses.

As manager, she coordinates and prepares her team to execute client assignments including day to day, monthly, quarterly and/or annual accounting and bookkeeping services and financial reporting, as well as special projects including financial models and projections, all tailored to our client’s needs.  Our commitment and high level of service are essential to building quality relationships with both team members and clients.

Before joining DKB in 2017, Stephanie worked as a finance manager of a publicly traded global telecommunications corporation and in the audit department of a national accounting firm.

She lives in Rochester, NY with her husband, Ian, and their 4 children and 2 french bulldogs.  In her leisure time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and cooking.

Marlene J. Giacobbi is a Manager in DKB’s Financial Assurance Services practice. She assists clients in meeting their financial reporting requirements, and works most closely with real estate and construction clients.

As manager, she coordinates and prepares her team to execute complex assignments including audits, reviews, and compilations of financial statements. Marlene also provides consulting services. She emphasizes cultivating quality relationships with both team members and clients.

Before joining DKB in 2016, Marlene worked in the audit departments for regional accounting firms and as manager of financial reporting for a publicly traded real estate company.

She lives outside Boston, MA, with her husband, Matthew, and their two children. In her leisure time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, and reading.
