Vince is a Senior Manager in DKB’s Financial Assurance Services area. He coordinates and conducts assurance engagements and provides consulting for clients in a range of industries. He has worked with clients in the construction, manufacturing, and not-for-profit sectors; and has developed experience with employee benefit plans and lease accounting.

As a manager, Vince meets with team members to plan and carry out assurance engagements, including audits, reviews, and compilations. He trains staff in conducting the proper procedures; tracks projects to maintain efficiencies and collaboration; and provides technical review on the resulting workpapers.

Vince embraces Team DKB’s emphasis on openness and helpfulness. He enjoys supporting team members’ professional growth, and is committed to advancing the firm’s evolution to becoming stronger and better-equipped to meet ever-changing business demands.

Additionally, he has experience advising on corporate transactions, mergers & acquisitions, deal structuring, and financial due diligence.

Before joining DKB, Anthony had 5+ years consulting high net worth individuals and small to mid-sized companies on business valuation and tax planning. Additionally, Anthony led financial planning and analysis for a large multinational company.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ Forensic and Valuation Services Section. He is also a member of the Estate Planning Council of Rochester. 

Anthony earned his MBA and BS in Accounting from St. John Fisher University. He is Accredited in Business Valuation by the AICPA and has a Six Sigma Yellow Belt. Anthony grew up in the Rochester area where he attended McQuaid Jesuit and now resides in Victor, NY.

A manager with DeJoy, Knauf & Blood, LLP, Sam utilizes his industry expertise to identify tax-saving strategies. This starts with developing strong relationships with his clients and getting to know and understand their financial situation.

Sam delivers tax and advisory services to small to medium-sized businesses and individuals in the real estate and construction industries. Although Sam primarily serves the real estate and construction industries, he also serves the manufacturing and medical industries. In addition, he has technical expertise in the following areas: partnership income allocations, researching and summarizing complex tax laws, and multi-state income taxation.

In his experience, one of the most critical aspects of his position is understanding complicated tax concepts and explaining them in everyday language to his clients. In addition, Sam thrives at identifying potential tax planning opportunities that can lessen his clients’ tax liabilities. Sam takes pride in himself for staying up-to-date on developing tax-related topics and finding how they might apply to his clients.

She also supervises the firm’s employee benefit plan practice. Kiani brings a level of organization and consistency to each engagement, which provides for a seamless client experience.
Kiani mainly services the automotive industry. She prides herself on being transparent with her clients, and outlining expectations from the start. She takes the time to get to know each of her clients, to truly understand what motivates them, and what drives their decision making process. He provides clients, in both the not-for-profit and for-profit industries, with assurance services including audits, reviews, and compilations of financial statements, as well as consulting services. In addition, he assists in managing services provided under the firm’s employee benefit plan audit practice.

Vikki is a manager in DKB’s Not-for-Profit practice. Her collaborative approach to working with her clients allows for real-time communication, and an increased awareness to her client’s unique motivations. By looking at her client’s specific business needs, and understanding their industry in its entirety, she can fully identify risks and opportunities.

With over ten years of experience in audit and accounting, Vikki works with some of our largest not-for-profit clients. She specializes in the audits of not-for-profit organizations which include social service organizations, health and welfare agencies, churches, foundations, educational and cultural institutions, and country clubs. These not-for-profit organizations receive funding from a variety of sources including private contributions, government and private grants and member fees. Her specific expertise lies in the technical areas of tax exempt organization return preparation, unrelated business income, Consolidated Fiscal Reports, and audits under Government Accounting Standards.

Prior to joining DKB, Vikki worked for the audit division for an international public accounting firm and as an assistant controller in the private sector for a publicly traded company.

Pam offers comprehensive tax compliance, fiduciary and trust services to the personal and corporate executive clients of DKB. She has diverse experience in financial services and public accounting, with particular expertise in tax planning and compliance, and trust administration.

Before joining DKB, Pam served as vice president in both trust administration and tax accounting for a global financial firm. Throughout her career of nearly 20 years, Pam has focused on the tax compliance and planning needs of her fiduciary, gift, trust and individual clients.

She is a member of the American Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Pam holds an MBA in finance, corporate accounting, and organizations and markets from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Rochester, with a major in economics and business administration. Pam also has completed numerous trust and tax training programs.
