ROCHESTER, NY, January 19, 2023 – DKB, a leading regional business advisory and CPA firm, has hired Summer M. McKinney as an Associate in the Accounting Services practice.
McKinney’s three years of experience in accounting includes working in the not-for-profit, retail, and automotive services sectors. Most recently, she was an Accounting Assistant at The Community Place of Greater Rochester Inc. Previously, she worked as an Inventory Analyst for Monro Inc.
In her new position, McKinney will prepare journal entries, bank reconciliations, and account analysis; assist with financial reporting deliverables such as accounts payable and receivable, inventory, and bookkeeping; and communicate and collaborate effectively regarding client engagement tasks, responsibilities, and deadlines.
McKinney holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Lincoln University in Pennsylvania.
A Gates resident, she enjoys reading and taking walks.
