Dear Friends and Clients,
As the threat of Coronavirus (COVID-19) changes day to day, the health and well-being of our team members, clients, colleagues and their families remains of utmost importance to us. We are taking necessary precautions, and we will continue to monitor the news, CDC directives, and make changes to policies based upon facts as they arise.
Based on recommendations presented by officials, we have implemented the following policies for our firm.
We are requesting as many of our professional staff as possible to work remotely. Therefore, we are asking that to the degree possible, meetings take place via phone, Skype or other forms of electronic communication. If you have a meeting scheduled in our office, we will be in touch to discuss how best to meet in this turbulent time.
To limit outside visitors, the front door to our office will remain locked temporarily. We have limited staff in the office, and we are attempting to limit their exposure to each other and the rest of the building. If you need to drop something off at our office, please ring the doorbell and our staff will assist you.
We are confident that we will be able to serve each and every one of our clients, in our full capacity, through our technological driven approach.
As this virus continues to take hold in the United States, and worldwide, we are working diligently as a firm to do our part, to stop the spread. Below, you can read more about our firm’s business continuity plan, and our ability to help your business during this time of unrest.
