Jeff brings to DeJoy, Knauf & Blood LLP nearly two decades of experience in information technology. His expertise encompasses project IT management, security, end-user support, and network infrastructure management and redesign.
Jeff is responsible for all aspects of information technology at DeJoy, Knauf & Blood, leading and working with the partners of the firm in the ongoing planning and implementation of information technologies to support DeJoy, Knauf & Blood’s core mission. He brings an innovative mindset to the applications and infrastructure of the firm’s technology environment to support high quality client service, practice management and staffing.
Not only does Jeff support DeJoy, Knauf & Blood he also supports a large number of our clients. He works with our clients in regards to IT assessment and strategic planning to make sure they are meeting all of their future goals. Jeff supports these plans with suggested IT security and governance, administrative structures and mechanisms. Now more than ever security is a main concern of business owners. It is equally important to DeJoy, Knauf & Blood and to our clients to ensure the validity and integrity of client information. Jeff is skilled in developing secure infrastructures and has a great depth of industry knowledge to provide best practices based on a company’s service or product offering.
Jeff is proficient in programs and applications including Microsoft Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Lync, Microsoft Office suite, Barracuda Spam, email and email hardware platforms, SonicWALL firewalls, Cisco & Dell managed switches.
Jeff holds many technology certifications in his field including Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Server. MCP, A+ certified & Lync server.
He has worked in a variety of corporate environments. He also has experience with technology projects in Sweden, Germany, Denmark and Ireland, including network assessments and infrastructure migration and redesign to U.S. and Europe based networks.
