Corey is a Senior Manager in DKB’s Financial Assurance Practice.  His main focus is on providing consulting, audit, review and compilation services to DKB’s business clients.  Corey is at the forefront of financial regulations and industry trends allowing him to ask the right questions, and provide well informed business solutions to his clients.

Corey primarily services the construction and specialty trade contractor industry.   He understands the challenges that these organizations face such as obtaining financing, surety relationships, managing shifting technology, tight competitive margins, material procurement obstacles, and more.   He combines his deep understanding of the industry with his technical acumen to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions to his clients ranging from tax planning, buy-sell agreements, and employee benefit plan audits, to insight on project plans and internal control evaluations.

Kevin is a Senior Manager in DKB’s Personal Tax & Financial Planning Practices.  His main focus is on providing tax planning & compliance services to individuals, including executive and high-net worth individuals, and small and family owned businesses, including professional service and health care organizations.  Kevin also has niche expertise when it comes to providing personal financial planning services to individuals.   He helps his clients understand how to manage the tax issues surrounding financial planning strategies.

Kevin’s background in both personal tax as well as financial planning, allows him to provide his clients with planning strategies that assess many different variables.  He helps his clients manage the complexities of retirement, executive compensation, estate, and education planning, charitable giving, and more.   He understands the unique rules around IRA and Roth IRA investments, and advises his clients on how to make the most tax-efficient investment decisions.  It is his goal to help his clients utilize different tax-efficient vehicles and diversification strategies to make sure they are planning for future generations and reaching their long and short term objectives.

Morgan delivers comprehensive tax and advisory services to the business and personal clients of DKB. She works hard to proactively communicate with her clients and have an understanding of what is going on in both their business and personal lives. This allows her to be best positioned to make a difference and provide forward thinking insight.

Morgan works with her clients to help them achieve their personal and financial goals through sound recommendations and advice, from a tax perspective. Her ability to coordinate with DKB’s financial assurance and accounting services team provides for a well-rounded client service experience. Morgan also works to provide our team members with a well-rounded work experience. She is an active mentor and coach for team members at DKB as they navigate through their career paths.

Morgan brings specific expertise to our clients who operate in the real estate and healthcare industry, as well as providing services to their respective business owners. She helps her clients in areas such as partnership taxation including, income and deduction allocations, analysis of partnership agreements and transfers of interest resulting from sale, purchase, gift, or death. She also has unique expertise in expatriate and inpatriate taxation, including dual status returns, foreign earned income exclusion, foreign tax credits and other income sourcing activities.

Morgan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the State University of New York College at Plattsburgh. She is a member of the AICPA.

Morgan currently resides in Greece, NY with her family and two cats. In her spare time she enjoys attending as many of the Rochester Americans, Buffalo Bills and Buffalo Sabres games as possible. She is an avid videogamer, and the founder of a gaming clan called Guardians United Dominate [GUD].

Steve works with his clients to perform tax planning, including personal and business projections, as well as recommend steps to lessen their tax liability. He works hard to analyze and research complex accounting and tax topics relating to his clients’ business transactions to ensure accurate reporting and informed business decisions.

Steve brings particular expertise to our clients who operate in the real estate industry.  He works with real estate clients who operate in multiple states and have over $1 billion in assets and is proficient in areas such as purchase and sale of real estate, depreciation, and partnership income allocations.  His knowledge and level of service to DKB’s real estate clients is unmatched.   In addition to real estate, Steve also works with clients who operate in the medical and manufacturing industry as well as individuals.

Steve earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the State University of New York College at Geneseo and his Master of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Rochester’s Simon School of Business. He is a member of the AICPA and is active with the Harrisburg Young Professionals.

Steve currently resides in Hummelstown, PA.  He volunteers with TEDx Flour City and the American Heart Association.  In his spare time he enjoys playing sports and traveling to new places.

Luke is a Senior Manager in DKB’s Financial Assurance Practice.  His primary focus is on providing consulting, audit, and review services to the small to medium sized business clients of DKB.   He works hard to understand the financial mechanics of how a business operates so he can provide practical, real time solutions to meet his client’s needs.

Luke largely works providing services to the automotive industry.  Prior to joining DKB, Luke acquired years of technical and management experience at a new, multi-line, car dealership which allows him to quickly assimilate into the auto dealer environment, with minimal start-up time.  His in-depth understanding of the complicated financial environment of dealerships such as entity structuring, LIFO, employee benefit plans, inventory computation, business valuations, mergers & acquisitions, fraud risk assessment, internal control assessment, and more, provides his clients with a unique perspective, and the ability to make well-informed business decisions.

Luke is also a Certified Fraud Examiner, with expertise in fraud prevention, detection and deterrence.  He is able to leverage the combination of his business acumen in a wide array of industries, specifically the automotive industry, with his technical skills, to assist clients in protecting their assets.

Luke currently resides in Webster with his wife Debbie and their four kids.  In his free time, he enjoys hiking with his daughter, triathlon training, fixing/restoring cars and getting together with one of his six bothers.

Pam offers comprehensive tax compliance, fiduciary and trust services to the personal and corporate executive clients of DKB. She has diverse experience in financial services and public accounting, with particular expertise in tax planning and compliance, and trust administration.

Before joining DKB, Pam served as vice president in both trust administration and tax accounting for a global financial firm. Throughout her career of nearly 20 years, Pam has focused on the tax compliance and planning needs of her fiduciary, gift, trust and individual clients.

She is a member of the American Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Pam holds an MBA in finance, corporate accounting, and organizations and markets from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Rochester. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Rochester, with a major in economics and business administration. Pam also has completed numerous trust and tax training programs.
